Twin City Stage is honored to be among the largest and longest-running community theatres in the nation. They pride themselves on being the cornerstone of meaningful theatrical, educational and community-oriented opportunities for everyone who shares a deep passion for live theatre. Twin City Stage was founded on October 3, 1935 as The Little Theater of Winston Salem. Since then, the organization has produced more than 400 theatrical productions. They are currently in their 77th Season.

The Tony Award-winning musical, featuring the popular song “Tomorrow” has been a favorite with audiences since 1977. Annie foils Miss Hannigan’s evil plans, befriends the President and finds a new family and home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

Winston Miller

Winston Miller (22 June 1910 – 21 June 1994) was an American screenwriter, film producer and actor. He wrote for 62 films and television shows between 1936 and 1976. He began as an actor in silent films, appearing in eleven films between 1922 and 1929. He was the screenwriter for Wagon Train Episode 13, Season 1 in 1957: The Clara Beauchamp Story with Nina Foch and Shepperd Strudwick. Earl Bellamy was the director.
He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, the younger brother of silent film star Patsy Ruth Miller. He died in Los Angeles, California from a heart attack.
